Due date of xbrl filing has been increased

Dear All

There is a good News for those who has failed to file their Annual accounts in XBRL mode.

The due date has been increased till 31/12/2011 and within 60 days of the due date of AGM whichever is later.

please find herewith the attached circular.

Exactly Charu.... this will be helpful for most of us....

 

MCA itself has extended the date from 30th November to 29th December after that by way of General Circular extended it to 31st December.

Any statistics on the no. of Companies which come under the XBRL filing bracket for this year...31st December?

It says for turnover above 100 crores they would be liable to file?

 

Out of 8 lacs(approx) companies...roughly how many will file or need to file?

Richank, what tool are you using for XBRL(Tagging, generation of instance document and filing)?
