May I know? That On which date either Invoice date or Payment Date TDS and service Tax is due date?

As regards TDS under Income Tax Act, it has to be deducted on credit (expense/ liability booking) or payment whichever is earlier and has to be paid on or before 7th of the next month to the Government. In case of year end provisions (not ascertained liabilities), due date is 31st May for payment. However, readers may like to update if this date has been changed.
As regards Service Tax, would await inputs from other experts.
