friends CBDT is still silent.....

hELO ALL, I have a LLP c;ient with a loss of Rs.10 Lakh for the FY 2013-14. Sec 44AB audit is not applicable since turnover is just 41 lkh. However since the turnover exceeded 41 lakh the LLP is liable to audit under LLP act. No my question is this, what is the due dat of lfing return? Is it july 30 or september 30. Plane reading of section 139(1) rveals that if acounts are required to be audited under any other Law (here LLP act ) then due date is September 30th. Ca somebody clarify this?
