what is the return filing due date for other companies which are not come under tax audit..30th sep or 31st oct???

31st Oct is the due date for Companies which are out of Tax Audit.

So 30th September is only for Tax audit ,to upload 3CA, 3CD, , Return filing for all campy tax or out of tax audit is Oct31 right.

If transfer pricing report is required to be filed by company, then the due date for filing ITR as well as the transfer pricing audit report (form 3CEB) by the company is 30 November.

Due date of ITR for all remaining companies whether tax audit is applicable or not is 31 October.

The due date to file tax audit report (3CA,3CD) is 30 September.
