Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies the income tax return (ITR) due date for employees of private limited companies for Assessment Year 2022-23. It confirms that an employee's ITR deadline is independent of their company's filing dates. If the deadline was missed, a belated return must be filed, potentially incurring a late fee under Section 234F.

NATURE OF ASSESSE?
There is no connection with company ITR filing deadline and employee ITR filing deadline.

Hence he has to submit belated return with 5000/1000 late fee under section 234F.

Dividend is taxable on payment basis. So dividend paid in AGM can't effect the ITR filing deadline.

Only partnership firm ( Partners have some relaxation)
