What is the due date for return filing for a person who is partner in a partnership firm & what is the due date for partnership firm ?

Due date applicable as per firm's applicable date.

For working partner , due date will be
Non-audit Firm - then 31st July
Audit Firm case 44AB - then 3oth September

Now you have to file working partner's ITR for AY 2019-2020 with late fee under 234F (alongwith interest under 234A, 234B & 234C)
