Due date for first annual return for opc
Can someone please advice on the due date for filing the first Annual Return for a One Person Company formed on 12th February 2016. Would it by 31st December 2016 (9 months from 1st Financial Year End 31/3/16) or 31st December 2017 ?

Form AOC-4 for OPC has to be filed with ROC wihtin six months from the date of closure of Financial Year. In your case, first financial year shall be form 12.02.2016 till 31.03.2017. Hence, Form AOC-4 shall be filed on or before 30.09.2017.
Kindly note that Provisions of AGM is not applicable to OPC.
Thank you so much for clarifying. I was wondering if the due date had already passed on 30/9/2016 or was 31/12/2016.
