no problem u can get the refund.

Yes one can get the refund of excess tax paid even in the given case..

yea tat person will get refund....no issues

yes definitely ,he will get refund.

will get refund

yaa but some time will take ,if you would had filed the return before due date then the process would have been much quicker

It is very technical I can not mak u understand on net . But he/she will definitely get refund even u submit return till 31-3-11. but u have to pay Interest and penalty

According 2 me if i m not mstaken the assesee will get the refund next year wen the assesee files the return withi the due date

 yes refund is granted

when tax paid is more than what is actually payable, assessee can file return even after due date...there is no problem in claiming refund even if he files return after due date...but if he has any loss which is to be carried forward it cannot be carried forward unless return is file within due date except loss from house property.

Yes , Person can file the return, and get the refund from department but suject to after paying the penalty under the sec 271F Rs.5000/- , & assessing officer also can waived the penalty charges if he satisfies the conditions of sec 273B of income tax act.
