Beware: it is NOT from CBDT. Can not be considered for IT returns. So file as per original due date 30/09/2015

Yes date extended ....by punjabi and Haryana court but depend on next step taken by government.
Considering behaviour of CBDT person s, they will make every attempt not to extend the date. How loyalness to the work they had. Why dont they show such skill in collecting tax from some biggies

Fake notification check income tax side for updates
Gujarat HC also directs CBDT to extend date upto 31.10.2015, but CBDT has not released any Official Notf. regarding this.
True. Official notification from CBDT is still awaited

To my knowledge only due date of filing ITR has been extended and not due date of submission of TAR.  Pls check the wording of the order.

but no any circular issue by cbdt on income tax website

If due date is extended for filing of ITR, TAR due date is automatically extended.

Mentioned in order of P&H HC also.

Chupa hai kya..aisa kuch nhi hua hain
High court judgement is binding on cbdt....they should extend...
Tomorrow afternoon full clarity for extended due date or not extended
