Dear sir/mam,
I have applied for new gst registration, where i have received dual surname SCN notice, bcz i have different surname in my electricity bill and different surname in pan and aadhar card.
what should i do here..?how can i reply here? Should dual surname/name noterised affidavit is sufficient document for the said query.
Please do the need full.

In a rare case where Aadhaar name is completely different from name in PAN, consequent to GST registration, then the linking will fail and taxpayer will be prompted to change the name in either Aadhaar or in PAN database.

You can provide some other proof of ownership. you can give a try to udhyog adhaar registration and can provide udyog aadhar details for gst registration. https://udyamregistration.gov.in/Government-India/Ministry-MSME-registration.htm
