when i sign dir 3 kyc with directors signature it is properly placed in the box but error message is shown signature invalid.
when i click on that signature a box opens containing message error during signature verfication.

Dear Sir,
there are two possibilities
1) Either DSC is expired
or
2) Dsc is not registered with MCA portal
kindly check the validity of DSC and if it is valid first register/update it on MCA and then again attach with the form

To Surrender the Din, Please file Form DIR-5, and choose having Multiple Din as the reason for surrender. Further the DIN which was issued first can only be retained as a valid DIN.
