when i sign dir 3 kyc with directors signature it is properly placed in the box but error message is shown signature invalid.

To Surrender the Din, Please file Form DIR-5, and choose having Multiple Din as the reason for surrender. Further the DIN which was issued first can only be retained as a valid DIN.
