DRC 03 Status
We have filed DRC 03 (voluntary payment) for F.Y 2017-18 on 4th Nov. 2019. If we see today also in saved application status is showing "pending for action by Tax Officer". Can we file GSTR 9 with short payment. (that only we filed through DRC 03). We are coming less than 1.5 crore category.

GSTR 9 is optional for you as your turnover is below 2 crore but you can proceed to file the same if you have paid GST with Interest through DRC-03

Have you setoff the balance from cash ledger by filing DRC 03 ????
Yes. setoff through cash ledger only
When you have FILED the DRC 03 & your liability has been discharged by utilising the cash ledger , then need not worry , even if it's showing pending status.
