Write A letter addressed regarding the bank statement till date from  september-2014 to your banker and then if your dbk is not credited meet the manager of bankers (if scroll out)

also spek your CHA for information from custom.

Dear Ramesh Ji,

Checked at ICEGATE website, DBK is already scrolled. Asked with the bank but they says as it is directly credited to our account so there is no way to hold the amount. Our statement also do not reflect the said DBK amount.

CHA we have to consult.

Is there any contact for custom location INDEL6 (Delhi Cargo) ?? so it can be answered clearly, because we do not have direct link with CHA, its through other courier company.

Dear Sir,

The same issue for me too. The drawback were scrolled from April 2015 to May 2015. But checked from our bank no drawback were credited from January 2015 onwards till date.

These are from Chennai Air and Tuticorin.

Please advise to whom we should write or contact.

I can able get the Scroll details from the ICEGATE. My questiion is even my drawback is scrolled dated 01.04.2015, 06.04.2015 etc, the same are not credited into our bank account. This is for both Chennai Air and Tuticorin customs.Please advise to whom to contact to sort out this issue and get our drawback amount.

it seesm that custom had nil drawback on your exported items ... ordered your CHA  why custom did not pass your duty drawback ...

if you wish to meet from custom suptdt , please after make an authority letter letter then after meet them

Shipment was originated from ICD TKD (New Delhi). 

ICEGATE is showing status - "PENDING FOR SCROLL GENERATION "

Please help me, how can I generate scroll. And get my Drawback.
