MCA has now started taking action on problems being faced by the corporate sector in implementation of Companies Act 2013. MCA has now issued draft exemption notification for private companies from various provisions of the Act inviting comments by 1st July 2014:

In section 203(3) interpretation - " A whole time KMP of a private company can hold office in one more than one company at the same time."
query :-
1) Does it mean that Whole time CS of pvt company can be apoointed CS in another companies ? if yes , in listed companies also ? if yes wht is the maximum limit on wch it can act as KMP??
please guide sir. !!
