In section 203(3) interpretation -  " A whole time KMP of a private company can hold office in one more than one company at the same time."

query :-

1) Does it mean that Whole time CS of pvt company can be apoointed CS in another companies ? if yes , in listed companies also ? if yes wht is the maximum limit on wch it can act as KMP??
