17 September 2019A Private Limited company was formed in June 18. No transactions in 2018-19, except pre-incorporation exp. Is it required to file DPT 3 for 2018-19. First audited financials got signed in Sept 19.
What would be late filing charges. I believe due date has already passed
Would request experts to revert....

The companies with zero transactions are not required to file the form DPT–3 because the rule 16A applies to companies which have received the money not recognized as deposits.
However, Due date for filling of form DPT-3 was extended by 29th June 2019.
