If a company does not have any outstanding loan/deposit, whether it is required to file DPT-3??

Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies the requirement for filing the DPT-3 form. Even if a company has no outstanding loans or deposits, filing the DPT-3 form is mandatory annually by June 30th. While the form doesn't explicitly offer a 'nil return' option, you can proceed by filling in applicable details like net worth and director loans, and entering '0' where relevant, after careful review.
DPT-3 is mandatory required to file even if no loan or deposit outstanding for every year latest by 30th june of following the end of the financial year
