DPT-3 is mandatory required to file even if no loan or deposit outstanding for every year latest by 30th june of following the end of the financial year

But in form there is no such option for Nil return filing, can u pls guide further??
You will have to fill the relevant details like Net worth and loan from directors of any otherwise in all places you will have to fill 0 which is not applicable to you , before filling 0 you need to read carefully then fill up accordingly
