If a company does not have any outstanding loan/deposit, whether it is required to file DPT-3??

But in form there is no such option for Nil return filing, can u pls guide further??
You will have to fill the relevant details like Net worth and loan from directors of any otherwise in all places you will have to fill 0 which is not applicable to you , before filling 0 you need to read carefully then fill up accordingly
