We have filed form 15CA on the new portal. However, we are unable to download it. When we go to view forms filed, it does not show any of the uploaded forms. How can we download it from the site.
Now we only have acknowledgement that we received after filing. But no details on amount etc. How will bank remit the money without the Form.

Form 15CA is a declaration of remitter and is used as a tool for collecting information in respect of payments which are chargeable to tax in the hands of recipient non-resident. Thus the Form 15CA is required to be filed online with the tax department.
Form 15CA (undertaking) can be signed by the person authorised to sign the return of income of the remitter or a person so authorised by him in writing.
We’ve filed Form 15CA on the new income tax portal using XLTool Bulk Xml Generator 15ca 15cb utility (www.xltool.in). The filing went through and we received the acknowledgment, but we’re not able to download the actual form.
When we check under "View Filed Forms," nothing is showing — none of the uploaded forms appear.
At the moment, we only have the acknowledgment, which doesn’t include key details like the remittance amount. Without the complete Form 15CA, the bank won’t be able to proceed with the remittance.
