U r eight....... it will be burdensome to maintain so many accounts.

Clause (10) - Practising member to keep moneys of his client in a separate banking account or to use such moneys for purposes for which they are intended

& 1 more thing......... If u r not an auditor of the person then u can do so.........

but i want advice u again to assess this metter in respect to Service Tax Liability.....

@ mohit -

Service Tax is out of the question becz this can be sort of reimbursement . how can we collect service tax on this?

regarding the CODE of Ethics,i see the section and i think it is best advisable not to have such a policy at all. let the client pay the tax by himself.
