Dear Sir,

A company did not file fourth (4th) Quarter of TDS for Previous year That is Fianancial year 2014-15 due to some accounting problems and for current year that is Financial year-2015-16 first quarter is ready wether the company can file the current year without filing previous year please guide with answers

Yes you can file the return for 1st quarter of FY 2015-16 before filing that return of Q4 FY2014-15 but for your safety please file the return of Q4 FY 2014-15 as early as possible to avoid heavy penalty of Rs 200 per day.
