If I am unregistered supplier in AP I want open branch in TN And made supply to that branch.In which state I have to register under GST either two or TN REGISTARTION SUFFICIENT?

Registeration in Tamil Nadu is sufficient as per my understanding .

Both States are Supply Goods (Transfer) from both end then Registration required in both States...

hello RAJA ,

yes you are right i interpret it in wrong way . GST Registeration is compulsory in case of Inter state supply . I interpret is as they want to supply from tamil nadu branch only . Thanks .

If somebody wants to do business through branch inthan any territory it will be considered establishment of that territory sec 8(2) explanation 2...
Therefore any branch needed seperate registration under gst and therefore he needs registration in both the state and it will be considered inter state supply.

I raise funds for Trusts & charge "Fund raising charges" which is 6% to 8% of the total raised amount. Will those charges be liable for gst?

In this case you ( technically) needs to register in both states. If you will reguster only in TN and not in the state from where the supply is initiated then you will have to bare RCM in TN state
