I have taken a leave of 160 days.I am doing Articleship of 3 years.What is the excess leave i will have to work for?
Some say I can avail 156 days leave.However some say I can avail only 134 days leave {i.e.[(365+366+365 )-160] /7 = 134 }
Will it be just 4 days i.e. (160-156)or will it be 22 days i.e. (156-134)?
Please tell me.Its very urgent.
u can take 1/6th of the period served as leave
