Can the audited balance sheet and p&l account as per company act be used for income tax 44ab audit or do we need to prepare a new balance sheet and pl account for income tax

No you need to fill in form 3cd and annexure to it. You can take figures from your audited balance sheet. The audited balance sheet as per co act is to be attached.
Yes I filled in 3ca 3 CD and my duobt is can attach balance sheet PDF of company act along with 4 CA 3cd
Since the balance sheet & p&l is audited as per Conpany Act, there is no need to go for another audit for Income tax required u/s 44ab. you cantake the figures from the audited financial statements & do necessary compliances

Yes there is a box which asks for uploading pdf form of B/S and P/L while uploading your 3CA 3CD. It has to be in PDF only.
