Has GSTN council provided any claification for avoidance of double taxation where the products purchased from unregistered dealer are MRP products and MRP has been paid off.

look...a registered dealer will always try to purchase from registered dealer ..a rationale registered dealer will not buy any mrp products from unregistered dealer as this will add in his cost
But there still be some products which might have been bought from unregistered dealer, because searching for registered dealers for petty expenses will increase travelling costs.
