If any company not filing annual reports for continously for a period of 3 years or more then the company automatically change the e-filing status from active to dormant. for that previously Form-61 has to be file now Form-gnl-1.
but as per sec 455(5) msc-4 has to be filed
in gnl 1 no option is available for dormant to active
