Company not doing any business in the current year and till now the annual returns are not filed for the year 2018-19.
Company can opt the Dormant company status..?
What are the procedure to opt dormant company .??

F Y 2018 -19 annual returns and accounts are not filed.. can we proceed further to opt dormant status. ??

No.. last year its filed. for this year there is no any transaction so accounts are not yet filed

Company has loan from directors and there is no amount to pay.? how we can make balance sheet zero if we go for strike off.??

No... company in loss.. there is no transaction. company has Asset wdv value 100,000/- and bank balance 200,000/-. but loan from directors is the only liability amount if Rs. 800,000/-.. How we can make balance sheet as Nil..?
