No.. last year its filed. for this year there is no any transaction so accounts are not yet filed

No... company in loss.. there is no transaction. company has Asset wdv value 100,000/- and bank balance 200,000/-. but loan from directors is the only liability amount if Rs. 800,000/-.. How we can make balance sheet as Nil..?
