A Pvt Ltd company is presently in Dormant status because of nonfiling of both annual returns and balance sheets. The functions of the company is stopped. How long it will be in that status? ROC has the right to struck off dormant companies without informing the directors of the company?

 Hi Rajesh

File Form 61 with MCA. You have an option there " Normalising the Dormant Company".

Post approval 21 days approx. will be given.

You can file the Annual returns and B/s within that time and make good the delay from ur end.

The Status of company will change from dormant to active.
