And coming to your question, as far as I know there isn't any stipulated date for registration of final. You can get registered at any time before you submit your exam application for CA Final.
Note: Few people were saying that one has to compulsorily register their final course before they register for their articleship or at the same they register for articleship. Not sure though :P
