Doing Hotel Business only Veg Meals and Coffee and Tea and Paying GST @ 5% without taking ITC now i want to know i can do milk sales [ Fresh milk and pasteurised milk ] Nil in this Same GSTIN or want to take separate GSTIN [ Ding Business from April 2023 Purchase Using Only PAN and till date amount of sale not shown in GSTIN now i can add commodity and can show the purchase and sale in March 25 GSTR -3B in the same Hotel GST

You can sell fresh and pasteurized milk, which is exempt from GST, under the same GSTIN as your hotel business. There is no requirement to obtain a separate GSTIN for this purpose, provided both businesses operate under the same PAN and legal entity. You can add milk sales as an additional commodity in your existing GST registration by amending your registration on the GST portal.

Since milk is GST-exempt, you do not need to charge GST on its sale. You can report the purchases and sales of milk in your GSTR-3B for March 2025 under the exempt supplies category. Ensure compliance by maintaining proper records of these transactions.
