Does ITD issues Form 16A for TDS on refund amount interest?

All,

I have been issued interest on overpaid tax by ITD for last FY. ITD also deducted TDS on interest amount and reflected in their refund intimation letter and in AIS - Part B4 (Information relating to Demand and Refund).

Though, they haven't issued Form 16A and do not appear in AIS Income section and hence it can not be pulled in Return.

How to go about it for including this income in Tax return? I can not include TDS amount as it does not match with Form 26AS.

Is ITD not obliged to issue Form 16A? I have raised grievance tickets as well but not leading to no where...please help.
