Does failing students intntionly incriz valu of CA?(stats)

want to know that the result of the finals may affect the result of PCC ?

Hi dis is partially right ... but one thing u can not forget is, finally we have to clear it ...

it might affect coz results of finals reflects icai's policy rather we can say uttam a @ #$e's  policy.

I agree with Jose. This UPA is a psycho pneunomic patient. That is why I have been shouting since yesterday in this forum that the students should be united under a platform to fight and protest atrocities. This time, I also urge all my fellow students to invoke RTI and ask for the evaluated answer scriptts.It will then be clear what is right and what is wrong. Its high time that this person goes and we get a new one at the helm. I am also amazed to see the muted reactions of the already qualified ---  they should also come forward and help the current lot. I again repeat ----  with so many alternate professions at this rate the next generation shall loose interest in pursuing the CA course and therefore it becomes the duty of all to save it from disintegrating. There should be some voice of protest which is loud and strong enough to be heard. Views please.

You guys are absolutely right. How is it possible that only 7% something students have cleared. Do other 93% are dumb? They also have preapared well yar. This all is just created by the institute. I don believe that only 7-10% students are eligible to clear.

What you said is correct..but when is the final?...how many years we have to write and wait..i couldn't cleard my exam for the last 4 attempts..this time my marks are very less compare than last attempt..is really our answer sheets are evaluated by professionals in justifiable manner..if yes then what is the problem to provide the copies of the answer sheets to the students by our esteemed institute..

One of my friends, who is an extremely brilliant student got marks less than 15 in 3 subjects which, he believes is not possible in any codition. Even I believe this and its certain that there is a bigtime malpractice that happens in there. Whoever does it should be penalised. Protest is neccesery. United effort is needed.

i guess all the students should boycott the examination. ... bhai baithega hi nahi koi, to kya paper nikalenge, kya check karenge, aur kya result. rehne do.

 My sympath for those who could not clear, and best wishes for next attempt. I am a Doctor (Surgeon) practising for last 20 yrs. Even in my student days in 75-76 results of CA used to be 8-10 %.  If you compare it with other professional courses MBBS results are 65-70% so does engineering. I will like to know opinion of senior CA's is it because basically those going to Scince stram have higer marks ( ? Higher IQ)in 10th std, and later on they get filttered further in CET, and then in MBBS, Where as any student opting for commerce streams tries and attempts CA. Is there any studies where Top students of various colleges have appereed and what is the passing % among them?

It will remove wrong fears from minds of bright student of 10 th standered who is planning to take commerce and do CA in future.

hi ya u r right i have cleared my 1st grp in first attempt but m unable to clear 2nd one in 2 attempts nd m unable to understand why? i also agree if our papers r checked by professionals then why they hesitate to give us so tht we cn knw where we r making mistakes so tht we dnt repeat d same. Ya we should protest all this otherwise this will continue as it is and UPA will continue to do this. By d way i hv listened elections r over nd smone is gng to replace current one is it true?

arrey bhai logon.............y r u arguing over this issue????? agar kisi ko paper chahiye to RTI act hai naa bhai........ and waise bhi u cant even get to see 10th or 12th standard's board exams papers which u hv written.......and isme upa kya karega/........I have heard him at a seminar....I mean he;s not so bad...and his cabinet's minister(bole to other members associated with icai) are also very good(i mean they care for future ca's)

I wud like to place my views on sum of the questions raised in this forum

1. Any 'chum' cannot pass ca final....if any1 has passed ca final...u ought to know that he's not dumb becaz has passed exams of an esteemed institiute and for this he/she has studied for more than 12 hrs a day...I mean he's thrown his body and soul to pass out...

2. Dr. Saab- with due respect I wud like to say---- all other strems students get to study in colleges...and in ca A person himself is a student and a teacher at the same time... u wud be agreeing on my views that guidance and of teachers is necessary to pass other exams such as mbbs and engineering.... main aapse puchna chahunga....cud u pass ur mbbs without going to colleges or hospital (Whereever medicos are needed to go)...and as far as iq is concerned....agr aapke profession me alag fields ho skti hai(i mean heart,kidney,brain and like that) a ca can also have over sixty different jobs....to agr ca's dont have iq then who else is doing their jobs???

3. For those who say "arrey yarr ca main to har koi ghusta hai".....I would like to say "aapki baat bilkul sahi hai----- "ca main ghusta to har koi(CA FOUNDATION or CPT) hai par har koi nikalta nahi hai(IN FINALS)"

4. And for those who think that students will lose their faith on ca profession and opt for other course " I would like to say----- there are lacks of students who are pursuing ca and they live in villages...so that will never happen I can assure you people...becaz those students simply dont waste time in arguing over these small issue(and for ur kind info around 25-30 % of ca (both students and members)are from small towns & villages...) ...

yaah, mate; we all know how "good" uttam "bhaiyaa" is. in 2007, cpt pass pecentage was 15-17pc; and now it is 35pc. As articleship begins only after clearing 1st group of ipcc; ICAI will get money from registration,coaching(in some cases),orientation,itt,etc from students.that's why 35pc cpt passing out. i am sure ipcc pass pc will be higher than pcc as they have to be supplied to CAs as laborers.

And the pass percentages of CA final. 26-28pc then; and in 2008 nov 22 pc; and now 7pc.
