Is FRANKING of Rs.100 is compulsorily required while signing the training document with PCS ? ICSI website does not having any information about it. What to do if someone has forgot to do FRANKING on the document ? please guide.

Agreement of training on stamp paper of Rs.10 or more require my icsi(that is munimum rs.10 for franking and on stamp paper of rs.20 as rs.10 stamp paper not available as on today in gujarat)
