Hello All!
Stuck in a catch 22 situation regarding the Taxability of Confirmation Bonus in one of my Client's case.
Will Confirmation Bonus be treated as Salary or a Perquisite?

Kindly help me to reach a logical end regarding the said question.

Same is part of salary.

Salary includes bonus.
perquisite means employer will provide facilities for free. bonus means employer will pay amount. perqs are different from bonus.
