Does a proprietor doing export individually & not hiring any employee require ‘Trader License’ ?

The condition of a ‘Trade License’ says that a person can’t use his home address and have to use a commercial building/location for a ‘Trade License’.

I will be registering my GST on my home address as a proprietor, getting IEC, a Current bank account, and doing export business. For this, I will be purchasing goods or services from different states.

In case of good, I will be keeping a few bags of stock at my home only. Rarely visiting trade fairs in other countries picking two bags full of handicraft decorative items.

So, with this layout do I require or bounded to get a Trader License?

Trade license is must for opening bank account and GST registration.

but the Trade license doesn't allow to use of a home/residential address as a commercial space if I am conducting an export business alone/proprietor sitting in my bedroom and interacting with buyers and sellers through laptop and smartphone ?

And what if I am only buying and selling from the different states (without physical presence/office to these states) then do I need to take a trade license for each of these states (as a trade license is state-specific) ?
