But is the photocopy of ipcc registration also necessary?
no, no need to attach photocopy of registration letter.

Candidates are requested to ensure that all columns of the PDF file generated are appearing correctly. The barcode and fee payment particulars may be checked for correctness. Attach a Photocopy of IPCC Registration/Conversion letter.
