My client has gst registration at Rajasthan. he want to sale goods imported from Italy before its clearance in Mumbai,India to a manufacturer in bangalore.what document need to generate for such transaction.(sea sale agreement)

Only Two documents are required to be generated by your client 1) is High seas sale Invoice and 2) HighSea sale agreement.All the documents like Commercial invoice, Packing list,certificate of origin ,Insurance and Bill of Lading will be the same as your client will receive from the original supllier.
Perform of High Sea Sale Agreement and High Sea Sale invoice.
