Do we require permission of icai for doing business

Dear Ankita,

If you are doing your articleship, you require the permission from the ICAI. for this you have to fill up and submit form 112 to the institute. in the form, your principal (CA) will certify the working hours and that the business you are doing does not interfere with his office hours.
