Dear All,
I am a CA Final student... I am a Designated partner of a LLP along with 4 other (Non-CA) frnds of mine. Its a Construction & Development firm... We have signed d LLP deed 2 mnths back & the Registration work is under process & we wud b getting RC probably in this week itself..!!!!!
My point of concern is that do I need to take permission of this thing from ICAI or otherwise cud it create problem while gettin membership no.????? If yes, den wen & wat is the procedure for the same?????????
