@ sukanta, see its deep analysis requires study of many facts like agreement between you and builder, number of installments you will be paying after 1st july etc etc. But i would suggest, if you will be paying any amount after 1st july, then before paying such have a talk of this with builder or agreement whatever you both agree based on negotiation.

Supreme Court have been already given judgement for service tax for some period (yr 2010-12) no service tax on flats. Our govt.should follow that judgement.

@ santoosh kumar singh; have a clarity of law please. That judgement was for flats sold after obtaining of completion certificate and where no amont had been received from buyer in any form before completion of costruction.
