Do i have ample time...

My Ca final attempt is due in May 2014...I have completed only 3 subjects of 2nd group...1st group is still untouched...I really want to clear both the groups this tym. but the main worry is that whether i have ample time to complete the whole syllabus and revise atleast one or two time...plz help
