DLOP..
Is there any way to avoid DLOP as in my case AO has asked reason by the vacated property can't be taken as DLOP

It was not vacant till acquisition

AO is correct. since the property vacated it cannot be considered DLOP. However, if you have any other property apart from the one self-occupied and vacated then, you can take that for the purpose of dlop.
