if DJ service is obtained whether TDS is required to be deduct.insrument is also included in that

if DJ would u mean for only instrumetnt/machine then 194C section will be applicable, but if it performed by a artist within the meaning of 44AA for maintainace of books of accounts , then 194j will be applicable.

for such section u have to read it urself.

yaa but if both means instrument and dj man both is taken as service than

if the dj man is required to maintain books of account within the meaning of 44AA section then 194J will attract , otherwise in every other cases of the same 194C is finally applicable.
