if Subsidiary company gives any loan/Advance to its holding company,
is it considered as dividend as per section 2(22)e??????

If the subsidiary is a wholly owned subsidiary then Section 2(22)(e) not applicable and in that case no deemed dividend in the hands of the holding company.
