Dividend income in hands of company

Hello,

I want to know whether dividend recived by company from its unlisted subsy co. after paying DDT U/s 115O is exemt in its hand under 10(34), is there any other relief other than 115O(1A) for dividend recived from subsy

Dividend paid by a company u/s 115O is exempt whether the declaring company is listed or not.
