Dividend declare of co having b/f business loss
Can a company having big brought forward business loss declare dividend from its current year profit, kindly reply me as per new Companies Act 2013

No, it cannot. [Ref. Rule 3(5) of Companies (Declaration & Payment of Dividend) Rules 2014.
