dividend(also interim dividend) declared in board meeting ...can it be revoked

Dividend whether interim or final once declared cannot br revoked. There are exceptions though in unusual cases.

no. once the dividend is declared can not be revoked .there is no such provisions in act which give power to BoD of company to revoke such declared dividend.

once dividend declared whether interm or final cannot be invoked.
Declaration means in AGM DECLARATION.
