My comapny is holding AGM on 29-11-2014 for the year 2013-2014 (because the company is got the approval from the ROC, for extension of AGM for three month). on 29-11-2014 the company will declare final dividend for the year 2013-2014.
But the company wants to declare Interim Dividend, on 04-10-2014, for the year 2013-2014, is it possible?
Because as per section 123, CA-2013, the BOD of the company may declare interim dividend during any financial year out of the surplus profit of the comapny or etc......................
