Dissolution of Registered Firm

A Partnership Firm is dissolved w.e.f. 01/04/2022. Is it require to file NIL ITR for A.Y. 2023-24 ?

You may file nil returns if PAN is active

Didn't you deactivate the PAN or surrender it ?

Visit the Local AO . Write a request Lett to deactivate and surrender the original PAN card to AO.

They may ask for ₹100/- bond paper

Not required but its advised to file nil return and try to deactivate the PAN
