You have to fill form VAT R-2 and to attach Summary of all R-1 with Balance sheet, Trading A/c, P&L.

will any guide me for vat rate for SCRAP ( sale of used carrogated box ,used polythin liner, used office furniture , i mean KABBAR which used and now unservice able . Please also clarifie the defination of SCAPE for vat purpose. Is the above items fall under harayan vat schedule C entry No 56 or the tax is 12.5 %

What would be the procedure for completing assessment when some of the F-forms for transfer out has been misplaced . Though we have the copys of counterfoils of these F-forms .
What is the procedure for getting these F-forms ( duplicate ) issued ?

One of our client puchase some component and packing material and pay vat in Haryana.
Then didn't sell these items directly but show them as consumption and pay vat on the consumption.
I want to ask that can they take vat credit of the vat they pay on purchases against the vat they pay on consumption.
