Dear All,

        I am over here to discuss a Topic which would be useful for the Chartered Accountants :-

Kindly request you all to give ur view to have a complete Discussion for the Topics :-

1.Statement of Affairs is to be prepared by the indiviudals when ever they receive a Notice from the Departement.

Please specify in simple steps how to Prepare a Statement of Affairs & Documents to be Collected?

You are right we prepare statement of affairs of an Individual only,when we receive notice from deptt.Since in case of Individual there is no need to maintain books of account.

For preparing statement of affairs we need details of all assets & liablity in the name of that person with supporting documents.
