Hi All, I have applied for Revaluation & Certified copies for ISCA,DT & IDT. I got revaluation result before 25 days and I got certified copies before 15 days. As per certified copies I got marks in ISCA is 12 and as per mark sheet it was 19 marks. DT & IDT I got 58 Marks for both and as per Certified copies it were 58 Marks. I have dropped an email to all official of ICAI. I got reply today from them. As per this email they are telling in ISCA ICAI have right to amend result as per Section 39(2) on its own discretion and for DT & IDT marks have not increased as there were no such provision. I just want to know if somebody had applied for IDT & DT certified copies and got the copies. What is difference between marks as per Certified copies and as per Mark sheet. It will help me to fight against ICAI. I have finally decide to go to court for justice. Please help me as last time I got 58 marks in IDT and this time also same marks. Thanks in advance

dear students faced such things in every subject like accounts audit IDT nd Cost (all final)....u r nt the one who hv came to know this....most of the guys know such things...or atleast may 2012 nd Nov 2012 me to ye sbke sath hua tha...they provided the grace-marks. may be 6 or 8 or 12.....so u keep on study for next attempt nd qualify...

i agree with punit for me in nov-12 attempt for all dt, idt, isca there is diffrence in the marks around 10 to 12 marks each subject but this time no changes i got 59 in idt ,dt 55, cost -29 no step marks given for cost as a result of which i end up with 1st grp 194 and 2nd group 190
