i am appearing for nov 09 pcc....if i discontinue my articleship by giving a letter to the institute....whether i will be eligible to pursue further attempts of pcc ( i have completed my 18 months training)....???

Yes. You will be. An Auditor needs to sign your eligibility. Not necessarily your principal auditor.
